Sometimes what brings us to a conversation looks like a cultural difference — but there may be much more underneath it.

A difficult relationship. A conversation you keep replaying in your mind. A feeling of rejection or not belonging. Difficulty setting a boundary. Uncertainty about what someone meant. Or simply the feeling that you are no longer quite sure how to navigate a situation.

In our conversations, we slow things down and explore what happened, what you felt, how you interpreted it, and what else might be influencing the situation — including culture, personal history, expectations, communication patterns and context.

You may bring questions related to work, relationships, friendships, dating, family, belonging, life abroad or a period of change and transition.

My approach is informed by my background in communication, my experience of living and working across cultures, and my ongoing studies in psychoanalysis.

This is not about finding a “right” way to behave, adapting at any cost or telling you what to do.

It is a space to understand what is happening, understand yourself more clearly and explore how you want to respond — without losing yourself in the process.
