Finding your way in a new country
Moving to another country is more than learning how things work. It can change the way you communicate, work, build relationships — and even how you see yourself.
This support is for women navigating life in a new cultural environment, whether you are starting a new job, building a professional life, making friends, creating relationships or simply trying to feel more at home.
We can explore what feels unfamiliar, the expectations you are encountering, the ways your own cultural references shape your experience, and what you need in order to adapt without losing your sense of self.
YOU MIGHT BE NAVIGATING:
Feeling like you don't quite belong;
Unfamiliar social or professional expectations;
Different ways of communicating and building relationships;
Uncertainty about how to respond to feedback, silence or disagreement;
Building a new professional or social network;
Feeling caught between your familiar way of doing things and a new cultural environment;
The challenge of adapting while staying true to yourself.
The goal is not to become someone else in order to fit in.
It is to understand your new environment, find your own way of navigating it and build a sense of belonging — without losing yourself.
